Vintage Cast Metal Petite Choses Standing on Marble Base Candle Holder
A gorgeous cast metal little figurine of a little fella with a gilt woven basket on his back. He gases downwards with a cute expression on his face, standing on copper leaves on a marble base. Brilliant detail in the casting. Research has shown that the basket is ornamental and for candles, a tea light fits precisely in the base of the basket. Dried flowers or other ornaments could be added for your own interior design.
Condition: Good vintage condition - some differences in the colour of his body - this is called patina which builds up over time from handling, some wear commensurate with age and use.
