Vintage Cast Iron Pair of Ornate Panels with Roman Deities indoor or outdoor

A lovely pair of heavy cast iron metal wall decals.  Excellent casting with brilliant detail.  These probably came from a fireside from a Victorian home.  They are made as a pair as the artwork is the same throughout the two panels.  The two figurines are a male and female what seems to be Roman or Greek.  It also has a bit of a Gothic feel about it. 
Great wall art and interior design piece.  As they cast iron they could be used in an exterior design piece as well.  Would really stand out against a strong background colour. 
Condition: Good vintage condition - some wear commensurate with age and use, they are being left in the original finish which is a mat black and a couple of rust marks which is to be expected.  A high gloss black paint would also enhance them as a feature.

Antique or vintage items have been used and as most antique dealers would say "PRE-LOVED", they will show signs of wear that is commensurate with age.  Now this will appeal to some as it authenticates its age.
