Upcycled Antique Carriage lamp mounted on wood, table lamp lantern

This is an upcycled antique carriage lantern with a marriage of the antique lantern and a period piece of wood. The electrical was added. The lantern can be faced with dark red light for soft lighting or turned to the clear glass side of the lantern for a brighter effectA. The glass is original and is very thick which is typical of this era as they had to take the heat. Both clear glass panels of glass have cracks in them - this has been left in orginal condition as we feel it authenticates its age and history. The stainless still stand has been custom made for the lattern.


Condition: As found antique condition - some wear commensurate with age. The lantern will be shipped without the light bulb.

Antique or vintage items have been used and as most antique dealers would say "PRE-LOVED", they will show signs of wear that is commensurate with age. Now this will appeal to some as it authenticates its age.
