Superb Large Brass Ship Telegraph - Schiffswert Oderwerke Stettin

This is a statement piece for any Man Cave, Study, Pub, or Restaurant.  This is a modern replica of the German:  Stettiner Oderwerke
 
Here's a bit of history: 
Stettiner Oderwerke 
On January 28, 1903, the Stettiner Oderwerke Aktiengesellschaft für Schiff- und Maschinenbau was founded as the successor of the Oderwerke Maschinenfabrik und Schiffsbauwerft AG . The company built smaller river boats and excursion steamers for use on the Elbe and Oder, ships for the seaside resort service to East Prussia , tugs and sea dredgers. During the Second World War produced the Oderwerke two U-boats of the type VII C ; U 821 and U 822 . Two more submarines were planned (U 823 and U 824), but construction work was interrupted in 1943 and the order was canceled in July 1944.

Machine telegraph 'Schiffswerft Oderwerke Stettin', brass, kerosene lamp on the side, wooden handles, inscribed Schiffswert Oderwerke Stettin.
Condition: Vintage condition with some wear commensurate with age and use.  The levers are not functioning as this a decorative item.
