Antique Silver Flat Pencil Holder Hallmarked 1889 Arthur Downing

Silver Flat Pencil Holder Hallmarked 1889 Arthur Downing.  A superb Victorian antique that could still be used and treasured today.  The idea behind the flat pencil is that it won't roll away.  It is pocket size encased in silver.  Silver being a soft material, patina can be seen on the case.
 
Condition: Good antique condition with some wear commensurate with age and use.
