Antique Bronze Stag Deer Hunting Theme Pocket Watch Stand with Dog

A Fantastic pocket watch stand with a hunting theme impressive details of a hunting horn, hunting dog, and hunting knife. This truly unique pocket watch stand has immense detail with finely detailed casting on the stag, horns, right up to the dog, and hunting horn with crossed rifles. Great composition. The round disc is made of brass, as well as the bowl underneath the stag which is for your fob chain to rest. Possibly Austrian in origin.

Condition: Great antique condition with some wear commensurate with age and use. There is superb patina on the bronze with a wee bit of green appearing on the deer's snout. One modern screw behind the pocket watch disc, hardly noticeable - please see photos. It has a small hook for the pocket watch. Pocket watch not for sale - display purposes only.
